We gather customer information needed to provide you with superior service, communicate offers on products and services that we believe will be of interest to you and to administer our business.

We do not collect any personal information about you at our Websites unless you choose to provide it to us voluntarily. Generally, we need this information to book your reservation at our properties or to process and fulfill your product order and/or to notify you of your order status. AGI will also collect your name and email address when you download music from the Ace Hotel site at AGI will share your name and email address with the performers whose music you are downloading from the Websites for their own purposes. AGI neither controls nor is responsible for the individual performers’ use of your personal information. By downloading music from the Websites, you are consenting to AGI’s collection and use of your email address as described above and to AGI’s sharing of such information with the performers whose music you are downloading. If you are a California resident, you may ask us to refrain from sharing your information (whether collected online or offline) with third parties such as the performers whose music is featured on the Website for their marketing purposes.
